Dewberry is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a high-priority FBI client. The Program Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex, mission-critical program, serving as a key interface between Dewberry, government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large-scale federal programs, complex operational environments, and multidisciplinary teams, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into effective execution. This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative leader who can operate effectively in a classified environment and provide trusted support to senior government leadership.

- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, CCM, PE, RA, or other relevant professional certification.
- 10+ years of progressive experience applying administrative, operational, program, or project management principles and practices.
- 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or program management experience, preferably supporting federal government clients.
- Demonstrated experience supporting national security, intelligence, law enforcement, defense, or other mission-critical federal programs, with a preference for experience with the FBI.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractor personnel, and/or subcontractors in a complex federal environment.
- Demonstrated experience with program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Chrome and related collaboration and productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with government leadership, technical professionals, analysts, and diverse contractor teams.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences and senior executives.
- Experience managing staff augmentation or professional services contracts.
- Experience within an AEC, facilities, infrastructure, real estate, or federal capital program environment, managing large, complex federal programs or portfolios, and operating in classified or highly sensitive environments.

The projected range for this position is $160,000 - $230,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for VA only.
