Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager – Land Development in our Tampa, FL office.  This position requires 12+ years of experience in site planning and land development including: design of grading, storm water management, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.  Local market experience and knowledge is required as well as a Florida PE.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in site planning and land development.
  • FL PE license is required.
  • Local market experience and knowledge required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Hydrologic/Hydraulic design software.
  • Ability to work and interact with clients, local planning boards and municipal engineers.
  • Ability to maintain project budgets and schedules; and supervise design staff is essential
  • Municipal engineering and public project experience a plus.
