Dewberry is seeking a motivated wireless Project Coordinator for its Raleigh, NC office, who is energetic, organized, and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will support the office as well as professional and technical staff. 


  • Assist Project Managers with maintaining and organizing project schedules.

  • Respond to and communicate with clients via phone, email, letter, and in-person

  • Create and/or prepare memos, letters, and reports

  • Preparing materials for meetings (agendas, presentations, documents, notes)

  • Meeting coordination

  • Printing, copying, and scanning when required

  • Maintain electronic and paper files

  • Archive projects/documents, as needed including uploading into various client file management systems

  • Maintaining project tracking of tasks with input from project managers using MS excel

  • Assist in establishing travel plans for staff, as needed

  • andle sensitive information with complete discretion

  • chedule meetings and keep organized.   Set up WebEx meetings and send reminders

  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills & Required Experience

Required Skills

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience working in wireless sector including a knowledge of site acquisition services required
  • Proficient with and high level competency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must have a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to various tasks and changing demands
  • Ability to work independently while following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
