Dewberry is seeking a bridge engineer with 5-10 years of experience to work in its Fairfax, Virginia Office.  The candidate will design bridges and a variety of civil structures (primarily of steel and concrete construction) using applicable software.  The candidate will be involved in and complete all phases of  bridge project development including planning, scheduling, inspection, analysis, design and technical specifications and reports.  The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), solid oral and written communication skills, and proficiency using CADD (Microstation) and structural design software, along with a desire to work in a team environment.  Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is required, A professional engineering license in the Commonwealth of Virginia or the ability to obtain by reciprocity is required.
