Dewberry is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to work in either our Port St. Joe, Panama City, or Tallahassee office. The position will support proposal and promotional efforts and will involve a variety of tasks.








  • Works in tandem with marketing coordinators and managers to develop and produce proposals
  • Research tasks and support
  • Database input
  • Editing marketing materials
  • Deliver proposals

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
  • Proactive in accomplishing tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Experience working in Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Experience working in a database and with graphic design programs (InDesign) a plus but not necessary. 
  • Ability to manage time appropriately. Must be available to work overtime as necessary in order to meet business requirements.    
  • Some travel to Dewberry offices in the region area may be required.
