Dewberry is seeking a Regional Design Build Leader to lead and help expand service offerings for our Design Build Group in the Southeast region (NC, SC, GA, FL). These activities include early identification of Design Build and P3 opportunities, teaming with construction and design partners, establishment of necessary MOU’s and Teaming Agreements, leading efforts related to the response to Statement of Qualifications and then Request for Proposals, coordination with the design team during the procurement phase and then monitoring during the execution phase. The Regional Design Build Leader will be responsible for coordinating design build sales and marketing resources in the Southeast in order to meet the business goals as established for the region.
This position is responsible for business development activities leading to the award of design-build contracts in the Southeast region as well as providing oversight and guidance to the design build team. Responsibilities include sales, client relationship management and development, teaming, proposal preparation, negotiations, and project delivery.
