Dewberry is currently seeking an Entry Level Bridge Designer/Technician for our office in Raleigh, North Carolina.  This position will work in a multi-disciplined team environment with other designers, technicians, and professional engineers to prepare bridge/structural construction drawings.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • 2 year degree in civil engineering technology from an accredited university is required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in bridge plan production.
  • Proficiency in CAD software. (Auto Cad expected, Micro Station preferred).
  • Desire to work within the bridge/structural design discipline.
  • Good written and oral communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel.
  • Must be focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
