Dewberry is currently seeking a Regional Municipal Market Leader/Practice Builder to expand our Carolina’s Water/Wastewater Services practice. This position may be located in either our Charlotte or Raleigh, NC office.
The Regional Municipal Market Leader will be responsible for developing business strategy, maintaining existing client relationships, developing new clients and business, and supervising department level water/wastewater managers in our Charlotte and Raleigh, NC offices to lead a range of civil engineering projects for public sector utility clients. The candidate will also work closely with our Danville office to help in setting goals and strategies for the Carolinas and southern Virginia.
Successful candidate will be a civil or environmental engineer with a diverse background and extensive experience in developing and executing wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment projects and water distribution, storage and treatment projects. Successful candidate will be capable of leading department level water/wastewater managers and a group of up to 15 water/wastewater engineers and technicians and managing medium and large water/wastewater infrastructure and treatment projects.
With support from the enterprise, successful candidate will lead business development activities, pursue new clients and potential project leads, prepare price and technical proposals, and coordinate with other regional and national water/wastewater managers to jointly pursue water/wastewater projects throughout the US. Additionally, the candidate will have access to corporate technical expertise and demonstrated utilization of technical expertise with their project team.
