Dewberry is seeking a Contract Support Specialist (CSS) to work in any of our established North Florida offices: Panama City, Pensacola, Port St Joe or Santa Rosa Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and tracking highway and bridge project pay item quantities (excel spreadsheets), associated material certifications and test data from CEI team members to formulate and execute both monthly and final project estimate packages per FDOT criteria. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction project progress, producing monthly status reports and various other technical reports through the FDOT Site Manager, Materials Acceptance & Certifications (MAC) and FDOT document scanning systems. They will be responsible for supporting the Project Administrator (PA) and Senior Project Engineer (SPE) by maintaining the latest addition of FDOT forms and documentation, such as Supplemental Agreement (SA) and Work Order (WO) forms. Duties will include miscellaneous other CEI team support tasks, such as recording pre-construction and progress meeting minutes, maintaining and updating as-built drawings per PA and SPE direction, and making sure SAs and WOs are produced in compliance with latest FDOT format criteria.
