Dewberry is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer in the Boston, MA office to serve the vital function of maintaining the company as a leader in the transportation and highway design market. The team player we seek must have a BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering, a MA PE license, and 7-10 years of experience working on MassDOT and municipal projects. The candidate will be responsible for document production, coordinating with bridge design staff, monitoring budgets and schedules, marketing new projects, preparing proposals, and interfacing regularly with clients. Project management consulting experience, in-depth background in the design of highways and roads, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to manage and supervise design teams and interact with clients. AutoCAD experience is required, Microstation InRoads experience is a plus.
