    Our Orlando, FL office is seeking a Landscape Architect to join our site/civil department. This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a team of talented professionals. This position offers the potential for tremendous professional growth. The Landscape Architect will work collaboratively in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs, production of construction drawings, permitting and on-site construction administration.  Candidate must be highly motivated and a self-starter.  The Landscape Architect will work on private sector, federal, state, and local government projects.  These projects will include transportation landscaping such as gateways, buffers, interchanges, residential, commercial design, streetscapes, and entry features.


    • Prepare and develope detailed landscape and hardscape plans
    • Prepare layout studies, yield studies, and parking studies for commercial/residential
    • Prepare development plans to support Rezoning and/or Special Exception applications
    • Work on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans
    • Conduct code research, write specifications, and coordinate permitting

    Required Skills & Required Experience

    • Degree in Landscape Architecture with a 3.0 GPA or higher
    • 0-4 years of related experience
    • Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills
    • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
    • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView
    • Construction Administration a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
