The Resilience Solutions Group (RSG) Leader will primarily be responsible for the development, growth and overall operational performance of the National Programs RSG. The RSG consists of two branches (Integrated Resilience Solutions Branch and the Regional Water Resources Branch) with about 100 people assigned. The business performs about $25 million annually in revenue with a market breakdown of about 50% federal, 25% state and 25% local. Priority will be on building capabilities, talent, market diversity, and growing the client base.
The RSG leader will work with the Disaster Response OU and Geospatial OU leaders and report to the National Programs Executive Vice President.
The successful candidate will have significant client relationships with FEMA and extensive experience with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and Cooperating Technical Partner (CTP) programs. The candidate will have clearly demonstrated expertise and success in managing and motiving multi-disciplined teams and success growing revenues and profit margins.
Leads in the growth and overall business operations of the group. Makes final decision in areas of authority delegated by the National Programs Leader and provides leadership in the following areas:
