    Dewberry is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant in our Raleigh, NC office. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of a fast-paced, multi-disciplined group. The Administrative Assistant must be flexible, technologically savvy and client focused.


    • Provide general administrative support to professional and technical staff.
    • Support proposal and marketing efforts.
    • Assist with conference registrations and coordination
    • Create, edit and maintain spreadsheets and presentations.
    • Order supplies.
    • Maintain filing and archiving (electronic and hard copy).
    • Schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and handle other office logistics.
    • Compose memos, reports, and transcribe notes.
    • Handles multiple, concurrent projects.
    • Main phone line resource (backup)
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills & Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
    • Experience working with Engineering or Architectural firm preferred.
    • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook required.
    • Must possess the ability to work efficiently through the effective application of technology and produce a quality product.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize workload as needed to meet client schedules.
    • Ability to work independently while following instructions to perform the functions of the job.
    • Ability to learn and rapidly become proficient in Deltek Vision, InDesign, and other Dewberry-specific software programs.
