    Dewberry is currently seeking an Entry Level IT Project Coordinator to join our Information Technology Group in our Fairfax, VA office.This individual will coordinate tasks and provide professional administrative support to one or more project teams. 



    • Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports for clients or project stakeholders
    • Review project requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegate responsibilities, and ensures that work is completed as needed
    • Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration
    • Maintain project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records

    Required Skills & Required Experience

    • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
    • 0-2 years experience
    • Previous IT internship experience required
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service, research, and organizational skills
    • Performs work under direct supervision
    • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
    • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
