This position will support a wide array of geospatially-enabled analytical efforts for national, regional, and local engineering and geospatial challenges. Candidates will have strong competencies and demonstrated experience developing geospatial software applications for desktop, web, and mobile with an emphasis on business analytics, elevation data, imagery, and horizontal and vertical asset management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the development of enterprise and cloud implementations of geospatial web and desktop applications. This work will involve application development in ArcObjects, C#, Leaflet/Angular as well as server-side web frameworks including Java/J2EE, and .Net. The candidate should have experience designing, developing, and maintaining database-driven geospatial end-user applications and interfaces for the desktop and web, including familiarity with all phases of system and software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, unit testing and deployment.
