Dewberry’s Design-Build Group is seeking a Telecommunications Construction Manager for our Richmond, VA office. This position includes overseeing the installation of Small Cell Rooftop and Utility/Light Pole Sites as well as DAS facilities in public venues. Project locations will vary but initially includes projects throughout Virginia. Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, RF engineering, engineering, and client network operations teams is essential.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting on price proposals; assisting in the qualification of and coordinating the activities of Dewberry construction subcontractors; managing the schedules for construction activities; inspecting the quality of construction of internal and external work to meet or exceed customer requirements; managing job site safety and safety practices to meet OSHA, federal, state, local and Dewberry safety requirements; managing and monitoring project schedules. Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize work assignments, be responsive, and multi-task are a must for the successful candidate in this fast paced environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
