    Dewberry is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join Dewberry’s Call Center in Fairfax, VA. This role will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls for all Dewberry locations nationwide. This role will report to the Director of Benefits.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Answers day-to-day calls, gathers information, and transfers calls to the appropriate personnel
    • Assist with maintaining call center database 
    • Presents a positive image of Dewberry in line with its overall brand
    • As the first line of contact for the company provides exceptional telephone etiquette and service
    • Promptly answers incoming calls in a professional, polite, positive and articulate manner with consistent emphasis on superior client service and attention
    • Quickly and correctly determines call destination and routes appropriately
    • Deals calmly and diplomatically with stressful callers and conditions
    • Provides critical thinking, common sense approach in all situations
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Skills & Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
    • Experience working in a call center environment is preferred
    • Previous experience in a professional office environment
    • Excellent customer service skills 
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
    • Experience with MS Office.
