    Dewberry is seeking a Transportation/Roadway Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to work in our Raleigh, NC office.  The ideal candidate will work on highway projects, design horizontal and vertical road alignments, prepare preliminary and final construction plans, cross sections, and final construction quantity estimates.

    Required Skills & Required Experience

    • BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in transportation engineering.
    • EIT preferred.
    • Experience working with AASHTO standards. NCDOT plan preparation guidelines and specifications experience preferred.
    • Must be proficient using Microstation and GEOPAK.
    • Experience working with Inroads and corridor modeling a plus.  
    • Excellent communication skills.
