    Dewberry's Owings Mills, MD office is seeking a Water / Wastewater Engineer Intern to work on all aspects of water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction, including pumping and piping systems and treatment for both new construction and rehabilitation/replacement projects. Typical projects involve working with a multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed team to help local and regional public and private sector clients to solve complex water and wastewater challenges.

    Required Skills & Required Experience


    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a focus in water/wastewater engineering or related field is required.
    • Previous internship experience preferred
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Solid oral and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of water and/or wastewater hydraulic and process modeling
    • Proficiency using CADD
