    Our Parsippany, NJ office is seeking a CAD Designer to prepare conceptual, zoning and construction documents for wireless installations. The ideal candidate will have a background in site development of wireless installations or other related facilities with 4+ years of experience working in the Telecom industry in the NY/ NJ market for the major wireless providers.



    • Work independently on higher level designs to produce submittals with little to no rework.
    • Prepare conceptual, zoning, FDNY and construction documents.
    • Prepare structural plans and details, electric and plumbing one-line diagrams.
    • Prepare civil design and grading plans.
    • Utilize an established CAD standard, standard details and client provided information to generate plans and submittals.
    • Plot, print and assemble drawings as needed.
    • Limited field work as needed. Stand 30-60 minutes and physically lift 20-30 pounds.

    Required Skills & Required Experience

    • A degree in architectural or engineering drafting technology is preferred. 
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
    • 3 years of experience.
    • Knowledge of site development of wireless installations is required.
    • Desire to work in a team environment.
    • Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.
