Transportation/Roadway Engineer

Dewberry is seeking a Transportation/Roadway Engineer for our Charlotte, NC office. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a top Transportation Design firm. • Task management of Transportation design projects.
• Supervision of support staff and document production.
• Monitoring budgets and schedules.
• Assisting with and collaboration with team members on the marketing of new projects.
• Interfacing with clients.

• BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
• 4-8 years of progressive experience in the design of highways and roads, preferably in North Carolina.
• NC PE license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with NC DOT projects preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Task management experience preferred.
• Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
