Dewberry is currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our site civil department team in our Lake City, FL office to work on a variety of projects for clients within the private sector. Typical projects involve site/civil design for residential, commercial, and industrial site development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project Manager responsible for client relationship management.
  • Site/civil development including grading design; roadway design; storm water management systems design; sewer, water and reuse modeling and design; and erosion and sediment control design.
  • Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Master modeling of both utilities and drainage systems.
  • Collaborating and managing design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
  • Marketing of land development services.
  • Proposal and presentations preparation.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
  • 10+ years’ experience required.
  • Florida PE required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation and Microsoft office is required.
  • Experience with Water CAD, Storm CAD, and ICPR.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
