Drainage Department Manager

Dewberry is seeking a Drainage Department Manager to join our Transportation design group in the Orlando, FL office. • Lead and build the Orlando Transportation Drainage team
• Collaborate with other Transportation Discipline Leads and Project Managers
• Coach and mentor Drainage Department Staff
• Serve as PM on a variety of transportation design projects
• Prepare marketing materials and serve as Drainage Lead during project pursuit presentations
• Meet and build strong working relationships with clients and permitting agencies
• Perform QC reviews of design documentation and plans prepared by internal Staff and other consultants

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of relevant FDOT drainage design experience
• Florida PE license (preferred)
• Experience with FDOT drainage design criteria
• Experience with Florida Water Management Districts permitting requirements
