Job Description

Dewberry is seeking energetic Interior Design Student Interns to join our Peoria, IL and Elmhurst, IL office for Summer 2025.  This position works under close supervision of the Project Architect/Manager.  Receives specific and detailed instructions regarding tasks.  Performs work efforts in a timely and complete manner.  Takes the initiative to either work out or research a work effort.  Has skills in performing renderings and other design type functions.  Has a strong understanding of CADD and other project software.  Qualified candidates should exhibit strong organizational, conceptual design, and good oral and written communication skills.  Candidates should also possess a positive attitude, an outstanding work ethic and be team-oriented.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Must be pursuing an Interior Design Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited university
  • Candidate should have experience in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
  • Digital and traditional rendering abilities and graphic experience a plus
  • Preferably LEED AP and knowledge of sustainable design principles.
