Entry Level Site/Civil Engineer

Dewberry is seeking an Entry Level Site/Land Development Engineer to join our Municipal department in our Blountstown, FL office to work on all phases of civil/municipal engineering.   This is an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join a team of outstanding professionals, and the opportunity to apply the latest technology to help our clients solve their most challenging problems. Typical projects involve site/civil design for residential, commercial, and industrial.

The successful candidate will work on site planning and land development including: design of grading, storm water management, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required
• Previous internship experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency using CADD
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam preferred, but not required
