Dewberry is seeking a Part-Time Senior Environmental Program Analyst in our NE Environmental Services Business Unit. This is a remote position which requires 20+ years experience in the interpretation and application of State and federal environmental laws particularly with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). The successful candidate will be recognized nationally for excellence in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, USDOT environmental policies, procedures and rulemaking, cross-agency coordination, and conducting NEPA reviews including environmental assessments and environmental impact statements. The position requires an individual with a proven ability to provide strategic direction to transportation related environmental review programs and successfully guide teams through the process of NEPA and FTA compliant environmental reviews. Additionally, demonstrated experience with state or local environmental review programs and compliance with NEPA and related regulations (such as Section 106, Section 4(f), Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act); and FTA’s environmental regulations at 23 CFR 771 and is a must.

The projected hourly range for this position is $55.40 to $71.23. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for Parsippany, NJ only.
