Dewberry is currently seeking a Program Analyst II in our Rancho Cordova, CA office.  The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of a fast-paced, multi-disciplined engineering business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to professional and technical staff. More specifically assist Project Managers (PM) in the following areas:
    • conducting fieldwork in support of Facility Condition Assessments (FCA).
    • attending meetings with the client and issue minutes when the Project Manager cannot attend or accompany the PM to meetings.
    • organizing and coordination of team meetings, including outside sub-consultants.
    • scheduling.
    • coordination and preparing of final reports/deliverables to ensure all of the clients' needs and requests have been accommodated.
  • Balances cost, schedule, budget, quality and scope. Throughout the project lifecycle, will monitor and measure project progress, conduct corrective action as necessary, communicate project status information to all stakeholders, perform risk management, resolve issues, and control project scope and quality Works closely with the Project Team to manage the project and all of its deliverables. Work requires exercise of discretion and judgment on a regular basis
  • Work with large multi-discipline teams in pulling together critical information into large computerized data bases.
  • Define and assign templates consistent gathering of info by large teams.
  • Help plan and coordinate all aspects of the teams effort to accomplish the FCA.
  • Produce final reports utilizing word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and other softwares.
  • Work in tandem with the PM, BUM, MEPS Service Line Leader and marketing managers to develop and produce proposals.
  • Assist with development of marketing materials to advance our Asset Management Tactic.        
  • Research tasks and support.         
  • Create, edit and maintain spreadsheets to document workflow, and track, analyze and report metrics, data and trends.
  • Assist with the maintenance of filing and archiving (electronic and hard copy).
  • Handle multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel will be required.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • 6+ years of office administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working with Engineering or Architectural firm preferred.
  • Experience working with project reports utilizing Deltek Vision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines.
  • Expert level knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook required.
  • Ability to work independently while following instructions to perform the functions of the job.

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $103,000-$117,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
