Job Description

The PC Deployment & Onboarding Manager is a hands-on, working manager role responsible for leading and actively supporting the delivery of end-user computing devices. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience while owning the execution of enterprise PC deployment and replacement programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-one readiness for all new hires, with continued support through week oneand follow-up communication at 2 weeks and 1 month

• Oversee and personally support PC imaging, configuration, and deployment

Own and execute the PC replacement (refresh) program, including planning, scheduling, and large-scale rollout of devices

Develop and manage communication plans for all deployments, replacements, and onboarding activities, partnering with HR and hiring managers

• Lead asset recovery, data sanitization, and reuse efforts

• Supervise and support a team of deployment technicians

Required Skills & Required Experience

Senior-level experience in PC deployment, desktop support, or endpoint services

• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience

• Hands-on experience with PC provisioning and deployment tools

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
