Dewberry is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong track record delivering complex, highly integrated, enterprise scale technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic, hands-on program leader who can manage multiple concurrent technology related projects, coordinate across internal teams and external contractors, and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical solutions.

Program & Project Leadership
· Own and manage the full program and project scope, delivery plan, and execution across internal teams and vendors.
· Lead multiple simultaneous technology projects, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and integrated delivery across the portfolio.
· Define and manage program goals, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
· Develop detailed project and program plans, schedules, and execution of roadmaps.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
· Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions (RAID).
· Surface and resolve cross team and cross vendor dependencies; escalate as needed for resolution.
· Anticipate delivery challenges and implement mitigation strategies before they impact timelines.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Manage relationships with internal business partners, technical teams, and external contractors to ensure coordinated and transparent delivery.
· Facilitate alignment across engineering, security, infrastructure, and business units.
· Lead communication with stakeholders at all levels including executives, product owners, IT technical teams, SMEs, and vendor PMs.
Execution, Reporting & Governance
· Maintain program documentation, status reporting, dashboards, and action logs.
· Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource plans.
· Ensure adherence to organizational delivery frameworks.
· Partner with peer PMs and Program Director to ensure consistent reporting, risk management, and escalation processes.
Technical & Delivery Expertise
· Translate complex technical concepts and requirements into clear plans, tasks, and deliverables.
· Work closely with corporate stakeholders, SMEs and IT teams and vendors to validate technical design, integration points, and implementation risks.
· Support platform modernization, enterprise application integration, security hardening, and cloud focused programs.
· Develop a detailed data migration or transformation plan and roadmap, following a standard project management methodology and framework.
· Involving and engaging the stakeholders, monitoring and controlling the project progress and performance, oversight of data quality application and security measures, stakeholders’ data testing and validation, and providing post-migration support and training.
Required
· Must have experience in project management of Microsoft Dynamic based CRM project.
· Experience migrating legacy CRM applications to NextGen CRM platform (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
· 10+ years of IT project or program management experience, leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
· Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, or security programs).
· Strong understanding of Agile delivery, including experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
· Demonstrated ability to recover at-risk projects and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
· Strong systems analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
· Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives and guiding technical discussions.
· Ability to manage distributed teams—including internal staff, contractors, and vendors—with multiple dependencies.
· Strong organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
· Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor spending oversight.
· Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance standards in regulated environments.
Preferred
· Knowledge of Vision software.
· Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
· Prior background in software engineering or system analysis before moving into program management.
· Management consulting or professional services experience.
· Experience leading programs with significant third-party vendors or managed service provider involvement.
