Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Marketing Intern for Summer 2027 to assist the northeast region marketing department located in our Mount Laurel, NJ office. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to learn from a team of outstanding professionals. Under the Marketing Director, the intern will support the Marketing Department with a variety of tasks to meet the marketing goals of the region. The intern requires a range of practical and people skills, as well as knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. The position will support promotional and proposal efforts and will involve a variety of tasks such as:  coordinate, research, compose and work with graphics, photos, and videos in the preparation of marketing material and activities.  It will also include input of information to databases and other reports.

Responsibilities

  • Currentlt pursuing a college degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment
  • Proactive in accomplishing tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).

Salary Range

$18.75/hour - $29.75/hour. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.

Program Information

Summer Intern Program

During the summer intern program, interns gain hands-on project experience, develop technical skills, and put their classroom knowledge into action. Our interns are assigned meaningful work and are given the opportunity to work on projects similar to what they would be engaging with as a full-time employee.

 

Our interns get the opportunity to participate in a series of workshops and events, including:

  • Networking opportunities to meet other interns, staff, and senior leaders across the business.
  • Learning about our services, projects, and clients.
  • Professional development workshops, including a career planning workshop and a DiSC assessment to learn more about themselves and how to work effectively with others.
  • Summer-long group project where interns work alongside firm leaders to address issues that will impact our future strategy.
