To qualify, candidates must have prior Resident Engineer and NJDOT SiteManager experience on NJDOT projects and possess NICET IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent; NJSAT, ACI Field Grade Technician, ACI-CCTC and Rutgers TCC.
